Illuminating the media on Monday, Sanjay Prasad, the SEC official said, “The notices for the races will be given on November 29 for every one of the decisions and the last day of recording selections is December 4. The investigation of the selections will be done on the December 6 and the last day for withdrawal of utilization structures will be on December 7. Surveying will be hung on December 19 from 7 am to 6 pm.”
The magistrate further said that the whole surveying interaction will be proclaimed finished on December 24. Whenever required, re-surveying will be hung on December 20. The Commissioner likewise announced the surveying dates for the division and by-decisions for other gram panchayats.
“The surveying for general races will be for 10,117 towns comprising of 88,211 wards. Division races will be for 65 towns and bypolls will be for 923 wards of 697 towns,” added Prasad.
“The races will be held through voting form as the necessary number of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) isn’t adequate,” added Prasad.
The Panchayat races will be held altogether 27,085 surveying communities and a sum of 54,387 polling booths will be required. There are a sum of 2,06,53,374 electors enlisted out of which 1,06,46,524 are male and 1,00,06,850 are female
